Frank B. Sanderlin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving his B.S.B.A from The University of Central Florida.  He has and is a member of the board of directors of various non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Frank began his career in public accounting as a C.P.A. with the international accounting firm Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young).  His responsibilities at Arthur Young consisted of evaluating and recommending improvements to client companies on systems of internal controls and recommending and implementing corporate tax planning strategies.

In 1987 Sanderlin was a co-founder of Sanderlin & Hamlin, a small local public accounting firm. Their firm developed a special emphasis in the areas of business entity structures, passive loss rules, tax-free exchanges and federal and state income taxation.  By 2006 the firm serviced clients internationally and nationally in more than 35 states.  In 2006 the firm merged into a large local firm and became one of the largest firms in Florida.

From February 2007 to December 2010, Frank served as the Chief Financial Officer of Unicorp National Developments.  Unicorp had retail projects in six states, with a concentration in central Florida.  Among its projects were Uptown at Altamonte Springs, Baldwin Legacy in Baldwin Park, Orlando, and the Fountains at Bay Hill.  As CFO, he was responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting, long-range corporate and strategic tax planning.

Frank returned to Public Accounting in January 2011 starting his own firm again under the name of Frank B. Sanderlin, LLC.

Frank Sanderlin joined Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. in 2012 and leads the company’s finance and operations departments.
