NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Sells Port Orange Location to Auto Zone

PORT ORANGE, Fla. – 1710 Taylor Rd. in Port Orange will be the location of a new AutoZone store.

Ted Lightman of NAI Realvest Charles Wayne represented the Seller, CenterState Bank, in the transaction. The site is 1.61 acres, and the selling price was $750,000.

The buyer was AutoZone Stores, LLC, and was represented by Patrick Connor of Oak Realty Advisors.

“Port Orange’s new retail is largely clustered around the I-95 Interchange,” said Lightman. “Sites in this core trade area are where new stores need to be.”

This portion of the Port Orange Taylor Rd. corridor is also where Kohl’s, Publix are located. The Pavilion lifestyle shopping center is also nearby along Williamson Blvd.
