DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA. First States Investors 5200, LLC, a subsidiary of Gramercy Property Trust of New York, sold 1025 International Speedway Blvd. in Daytona Beach to 1025 ISB Investors, LLC. The transaction was completed on January 24, 2017.
Ted Lightman of Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. & Chuck Diebel, CCIM, of Colliers International co-represented the seller in the transaction. The Buyer, an affiliate of Holub Development Company, was represented by John W. Trost, CCIM, of SVN Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors. The property was sold under an auction format, with auction services provided by Ten-X Commercial.
