DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA. Prometric, Inc., a a wholly-owned subsidiary of Educational Testing Service (ETS) and a trusted provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions, is opening a new location in Daytona Beach, Florida at 1530 Cornerstone Boulevard at the interchange of I-95 and LPGA Blvd. in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Ted Lightman of Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. represented the tenant locally. Charles Wayne Properties worked with David Feldman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Columbia, Maryland office to secure Prometric’s new Daytona location. Feldman represents Prometric nationally and internationally.
