Pollo Tropical Opens First Daytona Beach Area Location
CWP brings Pollo Tropical to its first location in Volusia County, Florida.
PORT ORANGE, FLORIDA. Dunlawton Yorktowne, LLC, represented by Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. recently entered into a long-term ground lease with Pollo Tropical near the intersection of Dunlawton Ave. and Yorktowne Blvd. in Port Orange, FL.
The transaction was handled by Ted Lightman of Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. Atlantic Retail represented the tenant.
The property is situated in the heart of Port Orange’s primary retail corridor and will share access with BJ’s Wholesale, LA Fitness and more.

The new Port Orange Pollo Tropical location opened for business August 27, 2014.
