Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. Sells Space Coast Plaza

Space Coast Plaza in Port Orange, Florida

PORT ORANGE, FLORIDA.  Space Coast Plaza, LLC sold the Space Coast Plaza shopping center at 1633 Taylor Rd., Port Orange, Florida to New York based Elmnic, LLC.  Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.

The property is situated in the heart of Port Orange’s interchange retail area, just west of I-95.  The property is a 13,606 square feet, situated on 3.33 acres.  The purchase price was $2,575,000.  The transaction was handled by Ted Lightman and Sam Nasrallah.

Space Coast Plaza is home to Love’s Whole Foods, Space Coast Credit Union, Luigi’s Pizza, and Taylor Cleaners.  Longtime local florist, A Flower Cottage, will be relocating to the center over the next several weeks.

“Port Orange is one of Volusia’s hottest markets for retail,” Lightman said.   “There are limited options near I-95 for retailers, and demand is strong.  This center is right in the heart of major retail anchors, including CBL’s Pavilion, Kohl’s, Publix and more.  Investors are easily able to identify heavy tenant demand in this area, and are willing to bet on a strong future for business growth at this interchange.”
